Time to re-organize

Back again to the point where i left ..
disturbed, having this feeling of discomfort, i feel the need to re-organize life events ..
I go bonkers when i see i am not moving .. i am not growing ..
ok yeah i am stuck - i need to make a module on Sales - I feel helpless in doing so, because this is something that i have done 4 to 5 times and i don't know what new thing i can bring in it, to make it effective and Juicy ..
i have not been spending good amount of time with my self - i have not been getting enough sleep .
Today i need to go home and take good rest and re organize my wadrobe, and my office bag and my work space and my college lectures ( i just joined the emailing group) and i need to work on things that i like
I will have to make up the pop up cards that i wanted to make .. and the silhoutte things for Maham, that i have been planning since long ...

Just a Question

Something that i thought of, Last Night!
This is a Result of my discomfort on my work place, i have been having this feeling for sometime now, things are not going the way they should be, i feel the need for proper leadership and planning and may be authority..
I thought in order to move up, one needs to constantly challenge the way things are, look for effective ways of doing things. See where there is a Sweet spot and hit it.
One simple question that kept on roaring in my mind was ..
"Are you Happy with the way things are?"
If everyone asks this question to themselves even once a week and spend serious time over it. I am sure the world will progress...But then again i am back at my old Question ...
"How do you make someone realize that they need a change??"

In Search

In search of a new idea, in search of something big and more valuable. I look for ways to improve my work. I want to be more efficient and i want to be make EFFective contributions in people's life whom i work with.
These days i am really thinking on the lines, that you need to generate reports which are not just reports they are Twisters. They should twist the angle in which organization sees things. Things need to change every minute, they need to be better, every minute, and they need to bring in more money every second. For my unit i want all the people to work on things which are more productive, which can be a driving force in the organization. These days i just think about things that we are doing and how can we improve them.
Its really hard.. i want to start new projects and want to bring in new ideas...

its Tuesday

Oh there i am again... sitting in the training room, waiting for the Traffic controller to send me the names of people whom i can train on Sales... i am hungry. Hungry for Trainings. I Thank God for always giving me something that i always wanted, infact there are times when i wasn't very sure of What i wanted, but he gave me the Best, this i realized later on :)

Last night It was Sumbal's Valima, I enjoyed it, Though the function started pretty late from the time it was supposed to start, but i am happy with it. She was looking very pretty, I will try to upload some pictures as well.

"Talk of the Office" today is the TOWN HALL meeting this evening, which will start at 6pm and will end at 11ish i think. Every one is excited to be there, since it will be a healthy mixture of entertainment and work.

We will get to see Dances and some other acts prepared by our own employees, and then there will management, sharing their Way forward plan, and Our achievemnets of the Last year. We will have people From HR, and other divisional heads are also expected to come. so all in all it will be fun, a sophisticated party with work friends. I will upload pics tomorrow if possible.

It was a busy week, and i have a busy week ahead. My best friend's Wedding :)
I am so happy for her. She made a pretty bride.
For the upcoming week, i have plans to start over my Sales Training phase 2, it is going to be tiresome, but i am excited about it too. First part is to identify Agents, with Weaknesses in Sales from their KPI reports. 2nd part is to do the TNA, i will be listening to calls. and then making of the module and then finally the execution of training.
Along with that i have to make a Training program for new yet to be launched service.

and the Bonus part is that i have my marketing exam this coming suday - YAYYYYYY - as a part of take home exam i have to write a Case study on marketing, hopefully will do good. As i have been thinking about it.

O its 6ish, time to go home, then will get ready to go to Sumbal's wedding :)
